TERMS OF USE OF THE PRIVCAMP.COM PLATFORM
§1
GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Terms of Use define the rules for using the Privcamp.com online platform,
which enables the rental of private plots, camping sites, and other recreational areas by individuals and companies.
The platform is operated by:

Using the platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use.
§2
DEFINITIONS
- Platform/Service – the website www.privcamp.com.
- Operator – the owner and administrator of the Privcamp platform.
- Host – an individual or legal entity publishing a listing for an available location (plot/property).
- Traveler – a person using the platform to find a place for an overnight stay, stopover, or rest.
- Pro User – a host with more than one listed property.
- Premium Option – an extended package including a booking system and online payment integration.
- Subscription – a one-time payment for the ability to add a listing on the platform (no monthly subscriptions).

TERMS OF USE OF THE PLATFORM
- Individual Users:
After registering, they may add one listing upon paying a one-time subscription fee.
Listings are moderated and published after approval by the Operator. - Pro Users:
May add multiple listings.
They are served under individual plans tailored to the number and type of locations.
They receive access to a panel for managing multiple properties. - Premium Users:
Gain access to a reservation system with the ability to collect payments through the platform.
The Operator charges a 10% commission on each transaction completed through the system.
It is necessary to complete billing information and accept the payment terms.
§4
TRAVELERS
Use of the platform is completely free of charge.
Travelers may browse listings and contact hosts.
They are obliged to respect social norms and treat hosts’ property with respect.
Privcamp does not charge any fees to travelers and does not display advertisements.
The platform allows travelers to settle payments directly with hosts in cash.

PAYMENTS AND SECURITY
Electronic payments are handled by the Stripe system.
The Operator does not store credit card data.
Funds are transferred to hosts after deducting the commission (applies only to offers with a reservation system).
Invoices are issued automatically based on the user’s provided information.

COMPLAINTS AND WITHDRAWALS
The user has the right to submit a complaint within 14 calendar days of the problem’s occurrence.
Complaints are reviewed within 7 calendar days.
In the case of subscriptions, refunds are only possible in the event of major technical failures that prevent the listing from being published.
RIGHT TO FILE A COMPLAINT
Every User has the right to file a complaint regarding the operation of the Privcamp Platform, issues with listings, or problems related to their account.
HOW TO SUBMIT A COMPLAINT
Complaints can be submitted:

SCOPE OF THE COMPLAINT
The complaint should include:
- Full name or company name
- Email address associated with the user account
- A description of the situation forming the basis of the complaint
- The date of the incident and any other relevant details
COMPLAINT RESOLUTION TIMEFRAME
BOMAF Sp. z o.o. commits to reviewing the complaint within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
A response will be provided via email or in writing, depending on the form of the submission.
FAILURE TO RESOLVE WITHIN TIMELINE
If the complaint is not reviewed within the specified timeframe, it will be considered justified, unless the delay was caused by circumstances beyond the Company’s control, in which case the User will be informed.

PRIVACY POLICY
User data is processed in accordance with the applicable GDPR regulations.
Details are provided in the “Privacy Policy” document available on the website.
§8
FINAL PROVISIONS
The Operator reserves the right to amend the Terms of Use.
Changes take effect 14 calendar days after being published.
Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of the changes.
